Back-related issues

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever experienced issues with their Sacro-illiac (SI) Joint(s)? As I struggle with ongoing back issues, I'm learning that pain referral patterns for lumbar discs, SI joint(s) and hip(s) overlap, often leading to diffuse pain, confusing symptoms and ineffective diagnoses/treatment. After having completely ineffective facet joint injections on Monday, I think I can weed them out as (significant) contributors. Now, I need to figure out how much the SI(s) is playing into this and, if so, how to treat it. Let me just say that....after 6 years.....this nonsense is getting old, QUICK. Any thoughts/feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

yes I have been dealing with bad low back pain for about 7 years and I am pretty sure that my SI joints are one of the main causes. Mine is a bit complicated I guess though because there are other issues too.

I do have an SI belt and that helps with some activities because my issues with my SI joints tends to be that they move too much (all of my joints are hyper mobile actually) so the SI belt helps with that - but I only use it for certain activities :) The chiro is also good for adjusting my SI joints and that can help a lot :)

Thanks, Bio. Might have to pick your brain by PM, if that's ok?
