Just wondering if ppl track their muscle % and how quickly it changes? Mine seems to have been at 36.8 for a while...

I do using an impedance scale.
Mine went from 33% to 23%, pretty linear, as I lost weight.
My none fat weight has been pretty stable at 120lbs.
Why do you think it should be changing?0 -
Calipers are the best easy way, and they're not that good. Bioempedence or whatever sucks. Unless you are getting those pod scans, or underwater weighing all the time, you couldn't track it acurately. Doesn't matter. Go by the mirror or a trusted second or third pair of eyes to know if you are going in the right direction.0
