    And realize, that is going to be a lot of fat gains. Being a male, you can gain about 8-10 lbs of muscle in that time frame.. The rest will be fat.

    1- Sudden unexplained weight loss without change of eating habits means precursor to diabetes. Go see a doctor if this is the case

    2- For everyone else: Calculate TDEE on google. Eat +500calories over that to gain 1lb per week, or -500 calories to lose 1lb per week. Track everything you put in your mouth religiously (use food scale and my fitness pal). Profit!
