Excited and Disciplined

I've gained some weigh and my energy level has decreased. I need to be healthy for my son and myself.
I don't like what I see when I look in the mirror so it's time to do something about it. I don't want to start some
pill popping diet, no way. I just want to exciser, eat health and maybe detox my body every once in a while.
I need to make a change now. I'm also going to start P90X and need to get back on my WII. Wish me luck.
I'm on vacation and will need to start a routine. Can I stay on track and not give up? I will do my best.

    Welcome everyone this site is awesome and the support from other members is hard to describe. I am finally havng some success. Its a slow process but i figure time is gonna pass and i can either get healhy or stay the way i am and be miserable in a year from now and beyond! wishing you all much success on your personal journey. :flowerforyou:
