Calorie/Measurement Verification

So I just want to make sure I did this right. I made some Rotel dip and while I was making it, I got out my food scale, measuring spoons, and measuring cups, so the measurements below are what is already in it:
1. 16 oz lean ground beef. 140 calories per 4 oz, so 560 in total (see note/question below)
2. 1 cup Rotel sauce. 25 calories per 1/2 cup, so 50 calories in total
3. 6 tsp taco seasoning. 20 calories per 2 tsp, so 60 calories in total
4. 6.5 oz Velveeta cheese, 70 calories per 1 tsp, so 455 in total
So two questions:
1. With the ground beef, it was a 32 oz pack that I intended to half (16 oz for the dip, 16 oz to use during the week for egg and beef breakfasts). I cooked it, forgetting that meat weighs less after you cook it. So I got out two bowls and played with the numbers until both bowls held exactly the same amount of beef, which came out to 12 oz. Would this still use the "half a pack" (16 oz) calculation? Like, I wouldn't say it's 12 oz, because it's technically half of the pack? It would equate to 16oz raw, correct?
2. Just want to verify that I'm thinking about this correctly. 560 + 50 + 60 + 455 = 1125. The mixture ended up making 22.7 oz of dip. So for 1 oz of dip, it would be 49.6 calories (1125/22.7). Is that correct?

1. Log 12 ounces of cooked ground beef.
2. Add it up in the recipe builder to verify the numbers.0
