Losing track

I feel like I'm losing sight of my goals. I've had some things happen recently that have thrown my focus from getting fit and healthy onto other people and medical procedure which prevented me from working out for a week.

Now I'm back to being tired and lethargic. I slept for 10+ hours last night and was still tired today so slept for another 2. I have no motivation or energy even for day to day things and I'm more hungry now then when I was swimming everyday.

I have no idea how to get this back on track or combat this fatigue.
