Hey everyone! I have a few questions: have you used GNC Lean Shakes, how did your weight loss go, what recommendations do you have?
So ultimately, I'm active and have reached a plateau in my weight loss. I've been meal replacing for a few months now and decided to meal replace breakfast and lunch with these shakes. I'm hoping to hear from you how your use of the Lean Shakes was and if you have any suggestions on how to break my plateau.

Thanks for your help!

If your weight loss has stopped, it means you are eating at maintenance. To keep losing, you will have to be more accurate as you lose weight, because your smaller body burns less energy, and the margin of error also gets smaller. Shakes are great if you like the taste and they keep you full, but food does the same, and usually cheaper. Just weigh everything and log diligently, and hit your calorie goal every day (or weekly on average), be patient and realistic, and you will lose weight.

those shakes taste great and help you hit your protein - thats about it. nothing magic in them that will make you lose weight!

Are you looking for a certain type of answer like "they are great, they give me all kinds of energy, keep me fueled for my workouts and kick my metabolism into high gear and i lose weight so much faster with them"?
If you'd plateaued you are eating more calories than you think you are. To lose weight you have to eat less calories than your body burns. You need to weight on a digital scale everything you eat. if you want to use the shakes thats fine. Just log the calories of everyone you drink and dont go over your daily calorie limit in order to lose weight. Hope this helps with your plateau.

I like them. very handy, not too bad tasting. I only replace one meal with it though or drink one right after a heavy workout. That's about it. It's 170 calories, about the same as if I ate a bowl of oatmeal so I can't say it's what I needed to lose weight. It's just a good substitute when I'm on the go or when I'm below my calories for the day by a lot.
