Re-boot

I haven't been around the site for a while. Last June-November 2015, I lost 50lbs doing Ideal Protein, then the holidays came and went and so did my motivation. So I've pretty much been binge eating since Thanksgiving and now I'm trying to reboot and get back on track as I've gained about 30 of the 50lbs back. I'm disappointed but I started back on IP today and I have a good attitude. Just trying to figure out how to get past the next speedbump that will inevitably come along and find a way to stay motivated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good for you, welcome back!! The big secret is keep logging until you can let go. When holidays come, keep logging even if you days that are way over your goal. You cannot avoid days like that. You can do this!!0

*wave* I'm on IP for my second time around too. Lost 4o lbs before my wedding, put about 16 back on, now down 61 total. I've been back on since January. 55 lbs to goal!0
