Focus on self improvement, keep your goals within reach, and keep setting the bar higher. Always remember that you are capable of being better and achieving more.

    Planning always helps me.
Plan my meals, and pre log them so I'm not making poor choices when I'm hungry.
Also taking it one day at a time... And if I have a bad day, I move on and start new the next day, not beating myself up because I made a mistake.
    One day at a time.

I remind myself about how great I felt last time I did something healthy for myself. Like the endorphin high after a good workout,(I wanna feel that good all the time!) Or how much lighter & energized & proud I feel when I chose the healthy meal over the burger & fries, the good hurt the day after the only kickboxing class I ever took ( I swear my butt lifted an inch!) or the rewarding feeling after eating healthy all day, taking those 10,000 steps & then sitting on the couch doing absolutely nothing cause you earned it! Don't YOU want to feel that way again? Strong! Healthy! Confident! pick your favorite memories and use them to rekindle that fire inside you. Fire is fuel!!
**kitten* now I'm all fired up!! Think I'm gonna blast some talking heads & dance around the house. Thanks!

You have to want it bad enough. The only person you cheat is yourself. Fight for what you want. You can do it. Believe in yourself and let your motivation be your determination.

This is so me right now. Its hard not to get discouraged and fall back into old habits. And the worst part is that I'm still making progress and still getting discouraged. Low self esteem is a tough thing to break.
