On the app, how should I calculate the weight I'm moving for X reps and Y sets?
For example, If I do 3 sets of 10 pushups each set and I weigh 200 pounds, am I doing total reps of 30 times 100 pounds? Or is there some other number to use?
How about core exercises such as planks, how does one account for a 200 pounder doing a 120 second bridge? or a 60 second plank?
Thanks!
