Back on the horse

At the beginning of last summer, 2015, I weighed 250 lbs and by fall I weighed 215! Which was great and I felt amazing but school started back up and so did the stress and now it's spring and I'm at a whopping 290 lbs. and I'm conscious of how awful I feel. What's making me jump back on the horse is the fact that when at six flags, I had to sit in the seats designed for larger people. Something I have never even considered. It was humiliating but very needed. Any suggestions on how to replace stress reliefs? Thank you so much, and answer is much appreciated!!!
