Hi, I am interested in finding a few pals to chit chat with about the journey we are all on. I have little goals but want them little so they are easier achieved. I find it easier to stay focused if I am not doing this alone. I really lack motivation when it comes to working out....my town doesn't have a gym really, the one we do have is for cross fit junkies and that just isn't me. The other is at the college and as much as I don't mind looking at wrestlers or basketball players all day I am too old to go work out with the 18-20 year olds!!! So I am stuck trying to do it via videos (which I have quite the collection lol) and I just bought a BowMax---kicks my *kitten* but I am not seeing any results with that.
