Hello everyone!
This is a greeting to all of my fellow shift workers--where we feel the fatigue, and overeating that goes with it. With having so little resources for us, we must push through a little harder to achieve the results. Thank you to all who have commented thus far, all of your information is very encouraging!
I work the two days, two nights schedule, four off. It often takes 2 to 3 days to feel normal again. Just to know you will have to get up at 3 am another time to do it all over!
Best wishes, and I am looking forward to sharing tips as I discover them.
