Back on the Horse

About 8 years ago I was the definition of gym rat, I weight 215 at about 11% bf benching over 400, 500 squat and deadlier running a 12:30 2 mile run. Then I started drinking and partying found a girl started spending less and less time at the gym and ate more and more till about two months ago I weighed 300 give or take a pound or two and guessing around 26-28% bf. To make matters worse I used to be a trainer and my degree is in exercise physiology so I don't even have the excuse of I don't know any better. Bottom lineiI was lazy and created excuses almost everyday for the last 8 years. Well enough is enough I've been lifting and cleaning up mydiet for the last month and a half, happy to report that I've lost 18 lbs so far and my motivation is very high most days and I feel better than I have in a long time. Looking to utilize this site to aid me in progressing towards my goals. Would also be nice to meet some people on here to chat with from time to time, get/give advice, and help me keep motivated on days when I'm not feeling it.
