Hi, I'm a 18 year old girl looking to get her life on track before it's too late. I've always had a decent metabolism and ate like crap while doing very little exercise. When I would exercise I'd do nothing but cardio and use it to justify things like slurpees. While I'm young and my metabolism hasn't crashed yet, I feel like there is room to lose weight and tone up. I'm fairly average sized to small being 5'5" and wearing a size 2-4. My bad habits are going to catch up with me one day so it's time to stop them in their tracks.
