Little Intro about myself

I'm not really new to the app, never posted. Here is my story though.

In December 14 i weighed 126kg's, I started going to the gym amd eating healthy (still drinking and smoking) everything was going great by the beginning of August 15 i was down to 104kg's lost lots of body fat, gained muscle mass and was feeling so healthy!! Then at the end of August something happened that changed my life (dont want to talk about it) however it caused me to stop going to the gym eating badly and feeling extremely depressed and sad! Roll on to now 19 March 16 I bought some scales, I knew that i was going to be in for a shock but how much of a shock i didn't expect, back to 125kg's. Devastated, shocked and angry with myself I decided that's it enough is enough.

Re-downloaded the app, bought a fitbit surge, joined gym and created a eating plan. I'm going for 85kgs no time frame but want at least 4-6kg a month.

If anybody wants to add me and join me on this journey would be great. Any advice on how to get this fitbit app and the mfp to work well together would be great.
