Lightly active or Sedentary

So I've been using MFP for a while now. I've always had my profile set at "Sedentary". However, I workout every day (literally, 7 days a week). I run and do the stairclimber for about 40-50 minutes each time. I am a full-time college student, but I drive to class. I work at an office job, so I sit most of the time there. Anyway, should I switch my activity level to "lightly active", if anyone knows from the info I've given?

Exercise isn't included in MFP's activity level. If you aren't losing too quickly, stick with sedentary and log your exercise separately.

Do you record you workouts for extra calories every day?

    On my FitBit, yes

If you wear a fitbit all the time and its linked to MFP it will auto add calories if you go over a sedentary lifestyle. So if you eat at least a portion of exercise calories it wont matter.
