Restart

Could anyone suggest how I can restart. I gradually regained the weight I lost. I lost 8 kgs in 2014. My weight was stable for a year and then I got bored maintaining. I started putting on weight. Now I hate to see that I have put on a lot of weight. Pls suggest. I have been trying to diet and I have been working out at the GYM but I don't see any changes

    You have taken the 1st steps on how to restart by asking for suggestions. Many of us have had to restart.
    Write on your profile page or in a journal why you want to lose the weight & what your goals are. Make a plan that includes logging your food choices on MFP & be sure to add every bite. Eat a healthy diet and continue your gym activities. Get support by adding MFP friends.
    Be patient with yourself. You have triumphed before & you can do it again!

    If you don't have one, get yourself a digital scale. Weigh all solids, measure all liquids, log using accurate entries. Maintain your deficit and the weight loss will come.
