Hello how is everyone? I'm new to this I'm 43 and needing to lose 45 lbs. Recently lost 20 lbs and sprain my ankle last week and feeling very discouraged. Need motivation!

    I know the feeling. I injured myself about a year ago and haven't been able to really get going like I was before that. It'll be alright. We got this! Now how do I add you?

    I am new to MFP also. I've had a FitBit for about 5 months now and am walking a lot. I have adopted a healthy lifestyle and am trying to exercise more.. My challenge is I work night shift and have access to a pantry of snacks...all I want and its hard to control myself. I need a support system as well. I hope your ankle heals for you, If I'm reading this corrently, this is a recent injury it looks like.
