I have noticed on the internet a lot of people using these, interested in any feedback on this?

They are a good source of fiber and extra protein. You can add them to oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, etc. They do swell up when cooked or in liquid. However, they are fairly high calorie, 60 calories per tablespoon. So, they are not a weight loss miracle pill unless you're counting them into your daily calories.

I add them to protein shakes for the extra hit of fiber and carbs. Also, a tbsp in my weetabix.

They swell inside you after you eat them so it creates a sense of fullnes that maybe you wouldn't normally get from a meal such as a light salad or a smoothie. But beware of diaverticulitious!! My mom had it ended up in the hospital because of too much chia & quinoa in her diet. Annoying thing is, I don't think you know you have this condition until it flares up.
