I'm a 24 year old girl who is trying to lose 159 pounds. Would love to have some friends who are trying to do the same thing who I can message and share advice and motivation with. Add me if you want to!

Hey Meg! Our goals don't match up exactly (I'm trying to lose ~10-15 lbs) but I have great respect for your journey and would be happy to be friends to offer encouragement.

Meg725 you can do anything you set your mind to. Start with realistic goals and you see and feel the difference. You are a lot younger then me and you will burn fat a lot faster. A little about my journey- I started around 2 lbs a week. Through training I lost body fat and gained muscle mass. You will too. After running a lot and circuit training, I noticed I started to level off for a few months. My name is Sandy. My weight was @ 227 lbs and being 5' 4" tall, when I realized, I had to do something. I ended up with losing 56lbs in 1- 1/2 yr. I wanted to go slow. I'm going into my 3rd year and have kept it off. I don't diet, but feel I eat pretty good. Eat in motivation and do enjoy a sweet or two. Now I'm not seeing any weight loss. I'm in my early 50's . I enjoy running and starting to lose motivation to weight training. I need the support and push from others. I have some back issues but do my best. I know I could be doing better, but I'm not. I want to lose this additional 20 lbs that I've been struggling with the last year or so. I need you all to help me. I am proud of myself and what I've done and I know once I commit and have support from others, I will get there. I would be happy to offer you advise and encouragement as well. I believe in you, good luck with your journey to feeling better and getting in great shape-one step/day at a time. You can add me as one of your support team members if you would like.
