Training Ideas & Advice for People In a Rut Like ME

My name is Sandy. I've managed to lose 56 lbs in two years (I know, that's not a lot, but I wanted to go slow). I'm into my 3rd year and have kept it off. I don't diet, but feel I eat pretty good. Eat in motivation and do enjoy a sweet or two. I've done weight training, cross fit, etc. but now I'm not seeing any gains. I'm in my early 50's . I enjoy running and starting to lose motivation to weight training. I need the support and push from others. I have some back issues but do my best. I know I could be doing better, but I'm not. I want to lose this additional 20lbs that I've been struggling with the last year or so. Please, I need you all to help me and add me as your friend. I am proud of myself and what I've done, and I know once I commit and have support from you all, I can do it. I would like to help anyone that needs advice on what I did. I'll be there for you too, I believe I can do it. Thank you all.
