If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!

ANY KIND COUNTS!

Super Challenge Option: 10 push-ups (any kind still counts), 10 sit-ups (or crunches if you prefer), and then 10 squats. Repeat for a total of 10 sets. If you’re really feeling inspired, add10 30-second planks. Show us how strong you are this weekend!

    100 push ups will be a huge challenge for me. I wouldn't mind attempting the super challenge seeing as I'm supposed to be doing 170 squats today anyway. I'm just not sure if I have the time to do them in a circuit style workout like the super challenge suggests.

    Ok that was was tough. I did the super challenge. I really wanted to quit. Haha I did full push-ups except for three half way. But the rest were full, which I normally do half ones so I'm proud I finished pretty strong!
