Hello guys, sorry this may sound silly to post this.
I was at the gym, it was going well, I was feeling good, my shoulders were feeling good, I had little pain in my elbow, it was good though.
I was doing chest today, I dont know, I just could not get in the zone, my mind was distracted for some reason. what made it worse was the machines which I wanted to use were being used. The gym was quiet but the machines I wanted to use were being used lol.
I felt like giving up and going home, my elbow pain became really bad due to bad form on maybe an exercise, not sure why. I stayed in the gym did my cardio. I am so upset at myself for having a bad workout.
Do you have this problem as well, it was not the worst workout, it was not my usual workout.

We all have a bad workout once in a while for one reason or another, don't let it get you down. Sometimes I go out for a run and it feels easy and I feel energised, yet sometimes I go out and it's the hardest thing ever for no apparent reason! Don't dwell on it, next time you'll be back to your usual self.0

You did not walk into the gym, see the machines you wanted to use busy and walk out. Consider it a win. We all have off days.0

I definitely have my fair share of lazy days! Most of the time the biggest obstacle is getting there. Once I'm there I figure I might as well make the best of it, but sometimes all I can muster is a super wimpy workout.
Still better than nothing and I know I have my really good, in-the-zone days, too, so it all balances out.0 -
Ugh, YES! There are days in which, even if the workout is done and completed, I walk out feeling 'meh', like I didn't give it my best... just remember, even on those days, you still went to the gym, you could've stayed home, and you didn't! That's still a win!!!0

You will have bad days. My last two runs have been crap but I know those bad days are few and far between. Keep going!0
