Anyone have any JeFit workouts they just love?

I have been cycling through trying some workouts on JeFit - not too impressed. I know they have some they made and some users made.

Anyone have any they have found they really love.

Looking for weight loss, stanima, getting stronger.

    I created my own. Never really looked through the available workouts.

    Not that advanced yet. Would not even know what to add.

    Someone told me to just go and run the track for 15-20 minutes (doing some sprinting and some jogging/walking) to get a quick good cardio blast.

    Then to not sweat the workout so much and just do StrongLifts 5x5. Three exercises a day that are easy to understand - short, sweet, in and out.

    Now I just have to find a time when the one squat rack isn't taken up the whole hour I am there. Maybe super early AM.

    I started the 12 week fat to fit challenge.
    But also strong lifts is good.
    And yes, I think the earlier you go to the gym the better your chances are to get that squat rack... Some of those guys are real equipment hogs

    I know lots of people on here have had success with Stronglifts. If you don't know much about lifting, that's a good intro.
