Some I have:
Wii Fit Plus - I like the step aerobics.
Wii Walk it Out - not a big calorie burner but it helps to get daily steps in. Time really flies.
I have ExerBeat but haven't used it in awhile. Good, but you have to work your way up to longer & longer workouts.
The dance games are kind of fun, would be more so if I were coordinated.0 -
When I had a wii:
Just Dance games
EA Sports Active 2.0 (my favorite)
Golds Gym Cardio Workout (cardio boxing)
Your Shape
Wii Fit Plus
I have an Xbox One now and use Xbox Fitness (currently without a kinect). I also have Just Dance 2016 that allows me to use my phone as the controller.
I used the Wii and xbox 360 w/kinect for all my workouts in 2012 - 2013. I didn't start going to the gym until last year, but I still use game systems from time to time.0 -
following. I have a wii fit balance board, biggest loser, and a kids wii fit game (for my 5yo) but ihavent used my wii fit board in years. You may have just encouraged me to pull it out!0
