This is what 162lbs loss looks like...

o6d8x7k4xb5y.jpg

I'm still a work in progress as I'm waiting for skin removal and hernia repair, but I have my pre-op assessment tomorrow and then I'm on the waiting list!!!!!!

I'm just 13lbs away from Onederland, which was my target when I set out on this journey.

The last few pounds are always the hardest!

you must really feel great! Walking better less aches and pains. We know it took a lot of determination and hard work. I wish my Mom could do what you have done. Amaizing!

Please tell me about your hernia repair. I need to have that done but have been hesitating. I have incisional hernias above the belly button (2-3 of them) then a larger one in the right groin. I'm interested in knowing how painful it is after and how you got along. BTW, 162 pounds is AWESOME!! What a great success!!

Thank you all. My pre-op assessment was spot-on so I'm now on the waiting list for my op. Could be anything up to a year wait but they're hoping to get me in within 6 months, so I'll post pics post-op eventually!
