I been using Myfitnesspal for awhile now, but I don't think I ever posted a message on here. I've always had issues with my weight. In my eyes, I could always lose about to 10 to 15 lbs. Right now I'm trying to lose about 15lbs, to eat healthier and exercise regularly. My ultimate goal would to lose that 15lbs and be able to run a marathon. I'm not really good at running (I run like a turtle), but its the only that I have access to that would keep me moving so I'm trying to get better at it. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
