Carb creep, slump, boredom?

Hi guys,
I've lost a bit over 50 pounds but have kind of stalled for a little while. It's not a "true" stall as I've been carbing out a bit. I went on vacation recently and had some of the local fare there, which is carb heavy.
I don't usually have a "carb blowout", but I'll occasionally sneak in a cookie or sandwich or whatever. Obviously just one of those is enough to knock someone off of low carb. Nevertheless, I've remained stalled where I am.
What's a good way to get things back on track? I'm having difficulty staying honest.
