Can't stop eating junk food

I can't have two pieces of chocolate at lunch because when I get home from work, I'll eat the whole bar!
Don't take the first bite. If you do, then just take ten bites and throw the rest out. Log it and move on. Moderation may come, but it might take a lot longer than you think. You'll have slips. Log them and move on. I got tired of seeing 1000 calories in the red thanks to Halloween candy. Two days of that, and I gave the candy away.
