I started the last week of January and came out of the gates fast. In the first month I went from 220.5 to 202.5. I intentional tried to slow the weight loss and the I got no lower than 200.7 then for the past two weeks I bounced between 200.8 and 203.5.
I went on vacation last week and came back to weigh myself this morning and I was at 199.3 and 18.3% body fat.
Three milestones accomplished:
1. Over 20 lbs down
2. Below 200lbs
3. Stayed within my calorie goals while traveling. (Probably didn't hurt that I was casting a fishing rod 5-10 hours a day)
