I have used this before and lost a lot of weight. I kept up with my weight loss so stopped using it. Then I got in a relationship and gained all the weight I lost back lpl. Whoops. Now I'm engaged and ready to lose the weight again!! I welcome friends and any motivation I can get, plus I would love to follow you on your journey!
