Time to cut the excuse and be serious

So I usually fluctuate in my weight. I always get like 5lbs away from my goal weight and think I have enough leeway to eat this and eat that, before I know it, I am 20-30lbs back where I started. I don't want be unhealthy and I don't want to be overweight. I want this time to be it! I want to eat clean and enjoy working out again, so hear I am! Back at the starting point but I know I will reach my goal and continue to set new ones each time! I want a lean hot body I feel good in. Journey begins now
