Well it's been 11 days!!!

Hey Now, just trying to get back into it. 5 years ago I fell off the wagon after losing 85lbs. I gained it all back with a touch more just for good measure. I started going to the gym and In 1 month I lost 10lbs. Im very heavy and I knew I could do better, so I stumbled into MFP and I really like it. I have my best friend as well as my wife using it as well. Not to mention several very nice individuals that have reached out to here. Counting has really helped, I'm on Day 11 and I've dropped 6.9lbs. I still have such a long journey ahead, but I'm looking forward to a healthier lifestyle.

    Thank you so much for the support! It has has been going very well, I've given myself a couple of cheat foods so I don't go over the deep end and binge. On those days I have made up the difference with massive levels of exercise.
