Recalculating calories

I started on the 1200 calories allocated by MFP because I'm 5ft and aged 67. Since then [last September] I have lost 38lbs [now 123lbs]. I now have 13lbs left to lose to reach my goal of 112lbs but of course my rate of loss has slowed [no weight loss this week
].
I see many posts telling people to recalculate their calories as they lose because they are finding it difficult to shed the last bit of weight but what do I do when I'm already on the MFP minimum? When I've looked at sites like Scoobies workshop they say I should be eating well under 1000 cals to lose at current weight of 123lbs at my age.
I already do as much exercise as I can - exercise bike, walking, gardening.

What did you input into scoobys?
Remember though at this point weight loss is going to be slower.
I put:
Female
60"
123 lbs
67
Light activity
10% cut
Goal 1267
0.3 lb per week loss
Light activity
15% cut
Goal 1192
0.4 lb per week loss
The only way I came up with less than 1000 was to put sedentary and 20 or 25 % cut (which is really aggressive for what you have to lose).

I must have put in the higher percentage cut.0
