Cheat Days/Meals

I've heard some people say they prefer to do one cheat meal rather than having a day where they cheat on every meal. Which do you prefer?
Also, do you have a set day or meal, like every Friday at dinner/every Friday all day, you splurge or do you just kind of do it as you see it.

I'm about to go to a wedding and I haven't quite figured the cheating system out so hep me out guys! :)

    I used to do a cheat dinner. Every Friday night me and the hubs go out to eat for date night. We are specific about where we go, only a few places that we think are worth the time and money so the places at least are more up-scale with better ingredients and chefs in the kitchen. I would normally allow myself to have anything I wanted from a drink to dessert. Funny thing happened though... the longer I took my fitness and nutrition journey and the longer I ate healthy, and the more I cleaned up my diet, the less I desired a cheat meal. It's like my body just naturally desires healthier foods :smile: Good luck!

    Cheat meal for me. If I did a cheat day, I would eat a minimum of 10,000 calories and gain weight for the week lol.

    Sometimes I'll do a refeed day, which is basically a regulated cheat day. So eat at maintenance or at a slight surplus for the day, and eat mostly carbs to refill glycogen.
