Looking for opinions on whether it's better to do mostly cardio to drop weight/fat and then focus on putting on muscle, or if I should be doing 50/50 cardio/lifting. I am doing ok with the calorie intake portion of my weight loss and realize it is a very important part of the process. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

    The plus to including weights now is it, along with adequate protien, will help retain muscle as you lose.
