Exercise log advice?

I've been doing Daily Hiit Insanity Workout Killer, or whatever it's called (chick with boy body and big fake boobs) and I've been classifying it as "calisthenics" on my exercise log. It sure feels like more than that -- suggestions on how to log it more accurately?

even if it feels like "more" just log as is. worse case you are burning more than you are logging. always nice to have a bit of a cushion, IMO.

Get a cheap heart rate monitor from Ebay or somewhere. Makes life a lot easier

Failing that, I would just put it in under Aerobics, low impact and that way you have a bit of a buffer built in

Make your own exercise and enter it that way. You can name it anything you like including "chick with boy body and big fake boobs" It would make a funny entry in your dairy! it will read "Sabina burned 500 calories doing 60 minutes of chick with boy body and big fake boobs"

I've been on vacation and just saw this. LOL body shaming? Really? Have you seen the woman I'm talking about? She looks ridiculous. If you don't like the term "boy body" how about "slim-hipped-lean-athletic-body-with-about-2%-body-fat-and-enormous-artificially-enhanced-silicone-mountains-for-breasts." So ridiculous, in fact, that she had her breast augmentation reversed!

    wow.

You're being facetious, but I bolded what's considered body shaming, and italicized what isn't. How hard was it to say, "A woman with fake breasts and slim hips" versus "A ridiculous looking boy body" to try and give people info on how she looks? You saying she has big fake breasts if she has breast augmentation isn't body shaming... calling her body a "boy's body" and thus attempting to de-feminize her is definitely body shaming.

    Just letting you know. :flowerforyou:

I get so tired of the double standard that if someone is not overweight it's ok to make negative comments about their body. If I called someone fat, I would get jumped all over, but apparently calling someone a "chick with a boy body" is ok. It was clearly meant as a negative by you. (I won't comment on the fake boobs part because it is what it is, but why feel the need to point it out, really?)

^^ these girls? I think they're all lovely.

ETA: to your question on logging it properly . . . I suggest you invest in a heart rate monitor. They come in pink so you won't need to worry about looking like a boy when you wear it.

Though highly illogical, referring to those who are different from me in a pejorative manner makes me feel better about myself.

    .....No it doesn't....sniff...highly....ill...ogical!

I had to go look up who you thought had such a "ridiculous" body- deserving of mockery. This is her:

I would say I'm ridiculously jealous, too, so I understand where you're coming from. Best to keep scathing jealousy to yourself, though. It's OK to admit you think another woman's body is awesome and want to work hard to make yours comparably awesome.

Yeah, I've seen the chick you are talking about. She was always my favorite, I would absolutely love to look like her. I guess that means someone like you would look at me and consider me "ridiculous" and have a "boy body".

If that is what a boy's body looks like, I guess I have been gay all this time and didn't even know it.
