Anyone ever tried the ToneItUp video program? I hear it's enjoyable and targeted toward female problem areas, which obviously interests me. Anyone had any luck with it or would recommend it?

'Toning' isn't actually a thing... it's just losing body fat.

Since spot-reducing fat is a myth, i would avoid any program that claims or implies it slims particular areas.

You won't tone a thing, but you can reduce total body fat percentage revealing muscular definition as a whole across your body. Just hit the gym, lift weight, do cardio and eat at a deficit. You'll lose the weight.

PS. weren't you posting earlier about being too muscular, now it's too much body fat?

It's not a spot reduction video. It's two women who named their fitness business Tone It Up and make workout videos, meal plans, and a protein powder. I have done a few of their videos on Youtube, but I have not tried their meal plan or protein powder. I enjoy the YT vids I've done, but I have not purchased anything from them. Try YT first to see if you like it.

Just checking out my options. I enjoy workout videos because it tells me exactly what to do and how to do it. Not asking because of any particular fat or muscle-related goals. My friend recommended it and I wanted to hear some opinions from others before getting into the program.
