So was at body combat earlier today been going for at least 6 months now. Today was in the middle of my useall workout suddenly felt cold and confused slightly dazzed I staggered a bit and the instructer came over and sat me at the back for 10 min. I then assured her I was fine and left.slightly shook by the whole thing. She was a bit cautious about me driving but I just wanted to escape so embarrassed don't know what happened. Had a bowl of special k around 10am and a coffee. class was at 12.30 this happened around 25 min in to the class. Anybody else had this before !!!!!! Help

    Consulting a primary care provider is never wrong. I would also suggest fueling and hydrating much better if all you are having is a bowl of special K and coffee.

    What is your calorie count like?

    I was hard core working out and cutting calories and I started to have similar symptoms. I found I was in kytosis. Basically stavation mode. I had to up my calories for a week and it went away.

    Hey Loomis Not really been counting my calories for a while now downloaded the app and plan on starting I do try not to eat much on a normal day I have my cereal in morning a chicken salad for lunch then my dinner which can varie in calories tonight was pasta and broccoli x try my best not to snack as trying to loose weight x

    Thanks maxit how much do you recommend to fuel as trying to loss waight so don't want to eat to much x

    How large was the bowl? Did you measure it, AKA determine the calorie content?

    What do you do in this coffee class that makes you so tired?

    Sorry did not measure the bowl was just an avrage size bowl. My mistake I should have added a full stop after coffee. It was a body combat class I attended not a coffee class lol.
