Every time I have a really good day on my plan, meaning I burn more calories than I eat, I end up having to wake up a lot at night having to go. Again and again. It's like everything I lose is water. I don't eat a lot of salty foods or anything, but I do tend to retain all kinds of water. I try not to drink too much at bedtime.
