I've found a bunch of these on Pinterest and started doing a plank and a squat challenge. Was wondering if anyone has ever completed one of these and did it improve your fitness in a big way. I'm doing this on top of about an hour of cardio a day (CIZE by Shaun T and Walk away the Pounds Fat Burner).
