I'm looking for some workouts I can do to increase the flexibility and strength in these areas I was partially paralyzed 4 years ago and my only remaining thing not back to normal is my weak and not flexible left wrist and my no longer flexible fingers of that hand and my loss of grip strength in that hand I'm looking for some different workouts other that the typical physical therapy ones because I've been doing them with no results

I don't know if it will help but I have tenosynovitis and RSI and have found some of the hand and finger stretches in the "wellnomics stretches" app quite useful. It was free on the App Store, I don't know if it is available on the Google store though. I also have regular acupuncture and massage which help a lot. Good luck, I hope your condition improved soon x0
