I have created this post because many of us are here to get better. Some people have chronic pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and the list goes on. WE want to hear YOUR personal success story. Please, do not share 2nd person experiences, or articles. WE want to hear YOUR story. Thank you for being an inspiration to all of us!!!!

@soullevel That is the main reason I started this journey to improve my health. I was taking medication for HBP, high cholesterol, and diabetes. I started my journey in April 2015. January 2016 my doctor took me off all medication. I feel like I had/have arthritis as well, however, not diagnosed. I rarely get that stiffness anymore. I had lower back pain as well but that has subsided as well. Since April 2015 I have lost 102lbs. I may have 38lbs to go or whatever gets me to a size 8. Would love to hear YOUR story as well.

*Lowered BMI from 44 to 20.
*Lowered blood pressure from high normal to low normal
*Lowered RHR massively - from 90-95 to 45-55
*Insanely improved cardiovascular endurance. I run 5ks at lunch break now and don't even think anything of it. Before I couldn't even imagine running 1/2 mile, let alone 3.1 miles! Also my ability to deal with difficult elevation gains while hiking is amazing now.
*I no longer get debilitating exercise headaches.
*My heat tolerance is much improved.
*Lowered TSH levels from almost high enough to need meds to textbook normal.
*All of my bloodwork is boringly normal except my Vitamin D levels (not weight related). I never was diabetic or prediabetic for whatever reason, so nothing to improve there.
*I can no longer eat the massive portions I could in the past. I don't even really like the feeling of being full or overly full physically. I like the idea of overeating on Fridays far more than the reality of it.
*I don't eat as often or eat anywhere near as much sugar as I used to. As an unplanned result, my dental health has significantly improved.
*I don't seem to get sick as often as everyone else at all and in the rare event I do get something, it is not as bad as what others went through with the same thing. I don't know what to attribute this to exactly, but it is very noticeable.
