What is your take on Nitro oxide boosters?
I've used them in the past and they helped me workout longer and harder. I've fallen into a very sluggish workout mode where I don't have the energy to go or stay long at the gym. If you have any info or input that would be awesome.
Thanks

Nitrous Oxide boosters are for racing cars, not human bodies.

    ...What?

You do know NO is a free radical produced by the body that promotes acute inflammation? (I just had a big nursing paper describing the pathology of atherosclerosis, and the initial "hardening" of arteries is from oxidation of excess LDL particles that produces NO and triggers the inflammatory response, which then cause excess smooth muscle cells and fibrin deposits to be laid within the artery.) ...I think I need more coffee -my brain is starting to hurt trying to figure out what these "NO boosters" are supposed to do without resorting to woo.

Nitric Oxide or NO is a vasodilator that delivers more oxygen to your blood and gives you more of a pump while lifting. It also speeds healing time. It is not going to give you more energy. Drink so coffee

I'm glad I wasn't the only one that had this thought.
