former anorexic weight loss!

Hi everyone. Just wanted to discuss the challenges facing former anorexics re: weight loss. I had eating disorders as a teenager; now I'm 30 and so much happier. I've noticed my weight creeping up and at 162 and 5'9 it's the highest it's ever been. Weirdly, I don't even hate myself for that, which is amazing! I used to feel worthless if over 130 and the idea of being over 150 would have seemed impossibly awful. Yet, here I am, perfectly happy, just not wanting to stop fitting into my awesome vintage rowan dryad meets badass lady detective wardrobe.
Really I just want to lose about 20lb and get down to 140-145. I find mfp so helpful but also it's way too easy to slip back into the controlling anorexic mindset.
I'd love to hear from others who have recovered from an eating disorder, have decided to lose some weight for healthy reasons, and are working on keeping it healthy.
