Hash Browns are my fav! I'll have to try this. Maybe with some onion and bell pepper. Did you use a whole head of cauliflower? Thanks!0

No maybe half of half its good tho better than expected0

Ooooh I have yet to try them as hashbrowns! Have you tried cauliflower rice? I love how versatile the veggie is~ I still need to try the cauliflower pizza dough recipe too....0

Sorry this might be obvious to some, but your caption says "make in skillet until brown". How exactly do you make it? is the egg and cheese mixed in with the cauliflower? Do you need to brown it in any oil or butter? It looks awesome and I'd love to try it.

It looks delicius howmany calorie?0

Idea: use one slice of bacon and fry first, then use the bacon grease to cook the cauliflower and egg! Skip the cheese that time. Thanks for posting, trying tomorrow!0

What on Earth did hash browns ever do to you to deserve this kind of treatment?0

Did you chop the cauliflower in a food processor or cut it in small chunks?0

I do this in the oven with cauliflower, olive oil and salt, then grate cheese onto it at the end.0
