I get full easily

Hey guys! I'd like some help in understanding why am I getting full so easily when I eat small portions ? Right now I'm doing Intermittent fasting while tracking my calories, and it's hard to meet my caloric goal when I get full so easily. Should I force myself to eat ? Or start eating breakfast and such?

Your food diary is public - give an example of a meal on a particular day that had what you consider to be a small portion.0

Me too so I'm following this. Some days I only eat just at 1000 cals and sometimes I have to force it. But other times (you can see in my diary) I have no trouble going over. Especially the days when I run or workout I'm just not that hungry. The next day, though...we'll that's another story hahaha0 -
If your food diary is accurate, you are substantially under eating. You are not going to be able to sustain this for very long before burning out, especially if you are also exercising. So, you either need to eat more during your eating times or start eating other meals instead of IF.
If you want to keep with IF, then chose more calorie dense foods. Avocado, nuts, fattier cuts of meat, full fat dairy, etc, as well as your vegetables, fruits, and possibly whole grains. Also make sure your tracking is completely accurate. Little errors in measurement (ie if you aren't using a scale) can make it look like you are eating less that you really are, or visa versa.0 -
This is why I could never do IF. I get full easily as well so have to eat smaller meals throughout the day to feel my best. I've always been this way and hate feeling stuffed. (Gained my extra weight from drinking too much which unfortunately does not make me feel full. )0
