I have been adding my exercise calories burned to the daily calorie intake. Should I continue to do so or I shouldn't?

If your goal is set by Myfitnesspal you are supposed to.

My Fitbit adds calories for me at a better amount so I just quit logging my exercise manually on here.

Yes, keep adding them. If your calorie goal has been calculated using MFP, then the intention is that you add your exercise and that gives you more calories to eat on that day, while still maintaining your calorie deficit so you can lose weight.

Only 1/2. Your actual burn is usually half what any device would like you to believe. :)
