Hey y'all! My name is Kaye. I am new to this logging thing. Any tips to stay on track?

Well, not exactly a tip to stay on track, more advice about food. Try eating less of foods so you can eat a greater variety of things. I've started eating by portion size and I can fit a lot of different foods in. If a portion size has a lot of calories then I halve it or something so I have room for something different.
Drinking lots of water will help you as well.0 -

persistence over perfection. accept you will have meals/days/weeks where you may not meet your calorie/exercise goals but thats no reason to toss in the towel.0
